215 LE DIRETTIVE EUROPEE DI PRODOTTO EUROPEAN PRODUCT DIRECTIVES DIRETTIVA RoHS 2 Il 04.01.2013 è entrata in vigore la nuova Direttiva Europea 2011/65/CE anche conosciuta come RoHS2, sempre riguardante i limiti d’uso di alcune sostanze pericolose. A partire da tale data tutte le nuove apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche immesse sul mercato non dovranno contenere o contenere in misura limitata sostanze quali: • Piombo • Cromo esavalente • Mercurio • Bifenile polibromurati (PBB) • Cadmio • Eteri difendi polibromurati (PBDE) Questa direttiva impone che nelle dichiarazioni di conformità CE vengano ricomprese anche le prescrizioni relative a questa direttiva. A far data da gennaio 2013 le nostre dichiarazioni di conformità CE conterranno anche la conformità a detta direttiva. ARTELETA ha deciso di utilizzare comunque questi marchietti per evidenziare la conformità dei propri prodotti a questa direttiva. RoHS C o n f o r m e a l l a d i r e t t i v a ✔ NORMATIVA REACH La normativa europea Reach n. 1907/2006 riguarda gli obblighi da parte del fornitore di segnalare la presenza nei propri prodotti di 15 sostanze giudicate altamente pericolose per la salute. Tale presenza deve essere in una concentrazione non superiore allo 0,1% in peso. In ottemperanza a quanto prescritto dalla presente normativa, ARTELETA INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. dichiara che nessuno dei propri prodotti contiene una o più delle sostanze indicate nella normativa. DIRETTIVA PFOS La direttiva 2006/122/EC impone ai produttori la limitazione e/o la sospensione dell’utilizzo di PERFLUOROOTTANO SULFONATI (PFOS) poiché pericolosi per la salute. Al fine di ottemperare a quanto prescritto dalla normativa comunitaria, ARTELETA INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. dichiara che nessuno dei propri prodotti contiene PFOS. RoHS CONFORME RoHS CONFORME RoHS 2 DIRECTIVE The new European Directive 2011/65/EC, also known as RoHS2, came into force on 04.01.2013, also concerning the restrictions of use of certain hazardous substances. Starting from this date all the new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market must not contain or contain to limited extent substances such as: • Lead • Hexavalent chromium • Mercury • Polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) • Cadmium • Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) This directive sets forth that requirements relating to this directive should be included in CE declarations of conformity. As of January 2013 our CE declarations of conformity also contain conformity to said directive. ARTELETA has decided to use these marks in any case to highlight its products' conformity to this directive. RoHS C o n f o r m e a l l a d i r e t t i v a ✔ REACH REGULATION The European Reach regulation no. 1907/2006 concerns obligations by the supplier to notify of the presence in its products of 15 substances deemed as highly hazardous to health. This presence must be in a concentration not higher than 0.1% in weight. In compliance with the provisions of this regulation, ARTELETA INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. declares that none of its products contains one or more of the substances specified in the regulation. PFOS DIRECTIVE Directive 2006/122/EC imposes on manufacturers the limitation and/or discontinuation in the use of PERFLUOROOCTANE SULFONATES (PFOS) as they are hazardous to health. In order to comply with the provisions of the EC regulation, ARTELETA INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. declares that none of its products contains PFOS.
